You walk away from camp to visit friends, grab something to eat, or spend the evening exploring. When it's time to head back, you suddenly realize you have no idea which trailer is yours. It happened to us more times than we can count. Walking through rows of RVs with a flashlight, trying to remember which campsite was ours wasn't exactly how we wanted to end every night. That's when the idea for DipWhipz was born.
There Had to Be a Better Way
At first, we tried using traditional flag poles. They helped... a little. But most of them were only around 18 feet tall. Once you parked next to larger fifth wheels, toy haulers, or Class A motorhomes, those poles simply disappeared into the crowd. They weren't tall enough. They weren't bright enough and they definitely weren't built to stand out. Instead of accepting that, we decided to build something better.
Building Something Different
From the very beginning, we had one goal: Create the tallest, brightest, and most noticeable campsite marker possible. Not because we wanted something flashy... But because we wanted something that actually solved the problem. After countless designs, prototypes, and years of testing, we settled on what has become the signature feature of every DipWhipz: A towering 25-foot whip. Why 25 feet? Because it rises above surrounding RVs, trailers, and obstacles, making it much easier to spot your campsite from a distance. It wasn't about making it bigger just for the sake of being bigger. It was about making it work.
Years of Testing
One thing many people don't realize is that DipWhipz didn't happen overnight. We spent years testing different designs, materials, connectors, LED configurations, mounting systems, and assembly methods. Every change had one purpose: Make the product better for our customers. If something didn't meet our expectations, we redesigned it. If something could be stronger, we improved it. If something could make setup easier, we changed it. We wanted customers to receive a product that had already been proven in the real world not one that still needed to be figured out.
