Dipwhipz Limited Lifetime Warranty

At Dipwhipz, we back our 25Ft Detachable LED whip with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. We want you to trust your whip-whether you're lighting up your campsite, lighting up a party we got you!

 

What This Warranty Covers

For as long as you own your Dipwhipz, This warranty covers Manufacturer Defects that occur under normal, intended use - Including but not limited to:

Faulty materials (LED strip defects, wiring failures, structural weaknesses). Defective connections, mount failures, assembly defects. Failure during normal operations such as lighting malfunctions, electrical issues, or structural failure when used as intended

If we confirm a covered defect, we will provide either: A replacement LED whip pole or part

What's Not Protected Under This Warranty

This warranty does not apply in the following cases: Normal wear and tear- e.g fading, scratches, cosmetic blemishes, from regular use. Damage due to misuse, accidents, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications. Use outside intended purposes- e.g structural stress from misuse, exposure to extreme conditions beyond normal outdoor use of winds up to (45mph), misuse of mount, excessive force or tampering. Damage during shipping by customer or third-party carriers (unless the carrier is responsible and proper claim is filled with them). Loss or theft

Warranty Start Date

The warranty period begins on the purchase date - as shown on your order conformation or receipt - and remains valid for the lifetime of the product.

Warranty Requirements

To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:

  1. Proof of purchase (order number or email)
  2. A clear description of the issue
  3. Photos or videos showing the defect

Claims without sufficient documentation may be denied 

How to File a Warranty Claim

To Submit a warranty claim

Email Support@dipwhipz.com with subject line: Warranty Claim- [Order Number]

Include: 

  • Name and contact information 
  • Order number or proof or purchase
  • Description of the product or defect
  • Clear Photos or videos showing the defect or failure

We typically respond within 1-3 Business days with follow up instructions

What We Offer If Claim Is Approved

If we determine the defect is covered, we will - at our discretion provide: A replacement LED whip pole or part

We do not offer refunds under this warranty

Shipping Expenses

For verified manufacturing defects: Dipwhipz may cover return shipping (or shipping of the replacement), at our discretion. If claim is not approved (or defect is due to misuse or excluded damage), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Limitation of Liability

Dipwhipz will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product or inability to use the product. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from dipwhipz.com (or our authorized retailers).
