Due to the nature of our products and customization options, all sales are final. Dipwhipz does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Order Accuracy & Shipping

Please ensure all order details (including product options, shipping address, and contact information) are correct before completing your purchase. Dipwhipz is not responsible for incorrect information entered at checkout.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence so we can assist you.

To report an issue, email us at: (support@dipwhipz.com) with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or video showing damage/defect

Claims submitted after the 72-hour window may not be accepted.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Dipwhipz is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Customers are encouraged to reach out directly to the shipping carrier to open a claim.
